Summer Camps: Orange County BSA has four amazing facilities available for Scouts that can accommodate hundreds of Scouts for any kind of summer fun.
Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center: A premiere site for all things STEM with events for all ages. From Wonder Sprouts, to Adventures in STEM Day Camp, as well as a Sustainability Merit Badge program and extensive summer programs, IROEC has it all.
Newport Sea Base: With year-round merit badge and STEM classes, as well as sailing and boating, the Newport Sea Base is an excellent facility for learning all about science and the world around us.
Schoepe Scout Reservation at Lost Valley: One of the largest summer camps in California, SSRLV has over 20 campgrounds and facilities for a huge variety of STEM merit badges including Astronomy, Radio, Metalwork, Welding, Environmental Science, Geocaching and even Animal Science.
Oso Lake Scout Camp: Conveniently located in southern Orange County, Oso Lake has an awesome facility for camping, STEM activities and more. With regular weekend availability for open camping, as well as summer programs full of STEM events, Oso Lake is an easy and fun place to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
